Fineupp is my — Kevin Keller’s — consulting company. My experience as a security and data advisor spans Oracle, IBM, Snowflake, Akamai and Sopra Steria, including roles in identity and architecture. I hold an MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a German Dipl.-Wirtschaftsinformatiker (DHBW Mannheim).

What I do
- Sovereign AI & data infrastructure — private inference and agents, a sovereign lakehouse on Iceberg & DuckLake, EU-hosted developer platforms and CI/CD.
- Security — identity, zero-trust, secure service-to-service communication, threat modelling and compliance mapping for regulated workloads.
- Career services — career advice, CV scanning, portfolio creation and hosting, and peer connecting, supported by CVInfo.me.
How I work
Project-based delivery. Fixed-scope projects, with optional advisory retainers or ad-hoc calls — fixed fee or hourly, whichever fits.
No vendor lock-in. I train your in-house team to operate everything themselves. The tooling is open source, so nothing depends on me staying in the loop.
EU-sovereign by default. Where my SaaS hosts your AI and data, it stays 100% in the EU. I’m a member of the Scaleway Startup Program.
