Effective 30 September 2026
1. Who I am
These terms are an agreement between you and Fineupp, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) of Kevin Keller, John Deelaan 26, 2135 XA Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, KvK 91339448, VAT ID NL004887547B98 (“Fineupp”, “I”, “me”). You can reach me at Email me.
2. What these terms cover
They apply to CVInfo.me and to any other service Fineupp provides to you, including 1:1 career advice, whether you use them as a consumer or for your business. Where the rules differ, I say so. If an individual offer (for example for career advice) says something different, the offer takes precedence for that service.
3. Your account
You need a Fineupp account to buy credits and publish on CVInfo.me. You must be at least 16 years old to create one, and at least 18 (or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission) to make a purchase. Keep your login details secure and tell me straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
4. CVInfo.me credits and prices
- CVInfo.me works with prepaid credits, bought as one-off payments. Nothing renews automatically and there is no subscription. Credits stay valid as long as your account exists.
- What credits cost, and what each credit buys (for example a link page, a presentation or a video link), is shown on cvinfo.me/pricing at the time you buy. Prices for consumers include VAT.
- The purchase is concluded when your payment succeeds, and the credits are added to your account immediately. You receive a confirmation by email.
- Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. I never see your full card or bank details.
- The AI assistant is paid from your credits by what it uses: the AI provider’s price plus 10 % plus VAT, converted at 1 credit = €0.50. Each answer shows its price; whole credits are deducted as usage adds up, and there is a daily limit. Creating a page or presentation through the assistant costs the same credits as in the editor.
5. Career advice
Career advice is agreed individually by email. The offer states what is included, the price, how sessions are scheduled and how to pay.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)
Credits. If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason. I then refund the credits from that purchase that you haven’t used yet: the price you paid divided by the credits in the package, times the unused credits (at most the credits still in your account). Credits you have already used are not refunded — by using them you asked me to deliver that part right away, so your right of withdrawal ends for it. The refunded credits are removed from your account.
Career advice. If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a career advice agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. If you ask for a session to take place within the 14 days, you pay a proportionate amount for what has already been delivered when you withdraw. Once the advice has been fully delivered at your request, the right of withdrawal ends.
How to withdraw. Send me a clear statement by email or by post (addresses above) — replying to your purchase confirmation is enough. You can use the model form below, but you don’t have to. I refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method, at no cost to you.
If you use the services for your business, there is no right of withdrawal.
7. Not happy?
Email me within 30 days of your purchase and I’ll make it right — by fixing the problem, giving your credits back, or refunding you. I decide case by case. This comes on top of your statutory rights if a service doesn’t work as it should.
8. Your content
- You keep all rights to what you upload (videos, texts, images). You give Fineupp permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the service — including publishing it at the address you choose — for as long as it is on CVInfo.me.
- You are responsible for your content and must have the right to publish it. Don’t upload anything that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, is sexually explicit, violent or discriminatory, or contains other people’s personal data without their permission.
- Uploaded videos and images are checked automatically for prohibited material. Content flagged this way may be held back; if you think that’s a mistake, email me and I will review it personally.
- The AI assistant drafts content from what you tell it and can make mistakes. Check it before you publish — you are responsible for what you publish. Nothing is created (which costs credits) or published without your confirmation.
- If I remove or restrict your content or account, I tell you why (unless the law prevents it), and you can object by email.
- To report illegal content, see the legal notice.
9. Availability
I work to keep the services available and secure, but I can’t guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance can cause short interruptions. Keep your own copies of content that matters to you.
10. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
- If you are a consumer, your statutory rights apply in full.
- If you use the services for your business, my liability is limited to the amount you paid Fineupp in the 12 months before the event, and I am not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit or lost data.
11. Ending the contract
- You can delete your account at any time. Withdraw first if you want a refund for unused credits (section 6); credits left in a deleted account are not refunded.
- I may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or the law. I tell you why. If I end the service without such a reason, I refund your unused credits.
12. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. For changes that affect you, I email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don’t agree, you can close your account before then and I refund your unused credits. Changes never apply to purchases already made.
13. Complaints and applicable law
- Complaints: email me and I will reply as soon as possible.
- Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country, and you can bring a claim before the courts where you live.
